Since 1986 Dick has maintained a cool, casual, matter-of-fact attitude at the settlement table. He feels that this diffuses any tense moments which can arise.
When Dick is not behind his famous U-shaped settlement table, attending a real estate event or conducting real estate training, you might find him engaging in training of a different kind. In his spare time, Dick teaches dog owners to communicate with their pets.
Dick is a licensed title producer in the State of Maryland, and is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association. A graduate of Bathurst College in New Brunswick, Canada, Dick is well known for making the entire settlement process a most pleasant experience.
