Kip Suss

Kip received his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from American University in 1980, and his law degree from Emory University in 1983. He has been in the title business since 1986 and was an owner of a law firm/title company for 15 years. He has conducted countless settlements, both residential and commercial, has reviewed many titles, from simple to complex, and has acted as counsel for title insurance companies.

He made his home at Capitol Title Group in 2017, where he is primarily involved in reviewing and clearing titles, preparing contracts and deeds, and generally providing valued guidance in every aspect of real estate transactions. He is a native Marylander, born in St. Mary’s County and raised in Montgomery, and has made his home with his wife on the Chesapeake Bay for the last 25 years.
