Bryan Malickson is a passionate and creative problem solver who brings measurable value to bear in his solution-based business philosophy.  He is experienced in guiding buyers, sellers, real estate agents and lenders across the finish line of their residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Bryan is licensed to conduct closings in Maryland and Virginia.

Additionally, as a trained mediator, Bryan has a unique set of dispute resolution skills which can come in handy when problems sometimes arise in the settlement process.

Bryan is an effective writer and a motivational speaker and routinely presents to all sizes of audience on topics involving real estate continuing education, law school classrooms, industry-related seminars, and panel discussions.  His real estate specialties are vast and include closings, title insurance, title review, title clearing on purchases, sales, refinances, home equity, deed transfers, foreclosures, REO properties…. The list goes on.

Bryan is a member of both the Maryland and DC Bar Associations, American Land Title Association and Bethesda Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, he is a trained mediator, a licensed real estate broker, and a licensed title producer.
