Andy Levy is the backbone of Capitol Title. Andy has been principal, officer, director and general counsel to Capitol Title. Among the real estate community, he is particularly well known for his engaging seminars and his knowledge in complex land transactions and title insurance issues.
Admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1977 and to the DC Bar in 1980, Andy is a graduate of University of Maryland’s undergraduate and law colleges. He is a partner in the law firm of Goldstein & Levy, P.A., which provides legal support to Capitol Title and their clients on real estate transactional issues and disputes, title insurance and closings. Andy is a licensed attorney in Maryland and the District of Columbia and is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Land Title Association, from which he has received the CLTP (Certified Land Title Professional) designation.
