Since 1988, Amy Zwinge has been involved in the title business. She has covered virtually every aspect of the business including processing, conducting closings, contracting, auditing and operations. Amy possesses the ability to read a client’s emotions, to be compassionate and understanding, which is paramount for all clients, but particularly for first-time homebuyers.
A seemingly perennial student, Amy received her AA in Accounting at Prince George’s Community College. She then went on the earn her Bachelor of Science at The University of Maryland – University College and subsequently did Post Graduate Studies at Trinity College in Washington, D.C.
When Amy is not a busy Title Professional you might find her traveling with her family or taking her dog, Josie, to Chesapeake Beach. Amy is a Licensed Settlement Agent and is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association. In addition, she is a Licensed Realtor® and is a member of Maryland Realtors® as well as the Southern Maryland and Anne Arundel Associations of Realtors®.
