Jill Rudiger

Jill Rudiger was born and raised in Glen Burnie, Maryland and, except for a short stint in West Virginia, then Virginia, she has remained a Maryland resident. Everything Jill executes, both personally and professionally, is accomplished with positivity and with a go-the-extra-mile approach.

Jill’s real estate career began in 2004 not only selling, but also actively involving herself with the local Board of Realtors. After just one year, Jill was named Realtor of the year. Jill’s hard work and true passion for helping people find their dream homes led her to be a trusted advisor to her clients. She often found herself counselling many of her clients through homeownership hardships, helped them navigate the short sale process and ultimately found them affordable housing. Jill is all about community, integrity, and energy. She volunteers and always tries to bring agents, lenders, and title companies together to help homeowners in the community through various challenging financial situations.

When Jill is not at the settlement table, she enjoys going to Ravens games, crocheting, taking cruises, and spoiling her grandchildren.

Jill has a degree in Paralegal Studies and is a Licensed Settlement Agent in the State of Maryland. She is a member of the AACAR Board of Realtors and the Maryland Land Title Association. She dedicates her time to ensuring her clients have a positive experience with each and every transaction. Her supportive attitude, consistent communication, and strong attention to detail make her a well-rounded, valuable resource in real estate and title.
