“The most important purchase in your life should be a memorable and happy experience” With more than two decades of title experience, Terry has also become a well-known figure in our real estate community as a licensed realtor and a home warranty representative. She’s seen many sides of a transaction, which comes in very handy, and she is well known for being extremely respectful and courteous and helping in any way she can.
Born in Cuba, Terry came to the United States as a toddler and is bilingual. She can and will conduct closings in either Spanish or English. After high school she attended The University of Maryland, College Park and later obtained her Paralegal Certificate from MontGomery College.
When Terry is not conducting closings, managing our Columbia office or attending industry functions, you might find her playing trivia (religiously every Monday night), listening to live music, dancing and cooking. In
addition, Terry is extremely proud of her two grown sons, Matt and Brian, and she also loves hanging with her Maltese, Layla.
