Stan Goldstein, Founder of Capitol Title, has been conducting real estate settlements in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Northern Virginia for five decades. Stan is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s undergraduate and law schools, and has been an avid fan and supporter of the Maryland Terrapins ever since. A past president of the Terrapin Club, Stan is currently the president of the Friends of Maryland Basketball (“F.O.M.B.”) and serves as a Trustee for the University of Maryland College Park Foundation.

Stan is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and the state of Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland and D.C. Bar Associations, Maryland Land Title Association and an affiliate member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors where he has served on its Contract and Clause committee. As an added service to his clients, Stan conducts continuing education seminars for real estate professionals and has taught literally thousands of agents in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas.
