For nearly 25 years, our core values have been Integrity, Innovation, Commitment, Learning, Quality, and Caring, not just for our employees, but our community. We wish to make a difference in the lives of children, Veterans and our neighbors and further their opportunities to learn and develop. We take our responsibility for being good stewards very seriously, so we support several charitable programs.

In the Washington Metro area, we’ve made the decision to concentrate our help toward the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, St. Mary’s Ryken High School, Toys for Tots, PenFed Foundation, several hospitals, shelters, and other non non-profits.

Our donations are mainly in the Washington DC Area and suburbs where most our employees reside. Many of our employees are also independently active in other worthy causes such as the Hamels Foundation and Academy Dances for Hope, among others. We also support their efforts whenever possible, with donations and in-kind giving and matching opportunities.

On a local and national level, we help Veterans and their families through our tireless support of the Veteran’s Airlift Command. Several of our employee volunteers are also pilots in this amazing program.
