Sending your EMD to Capitol Title is easy.
After downloading the app, follow the steps below.
- Register with Name & Email address
- Verify your device by entering the one time pin sent via SMS text, then create your own personal an 8-digit numeric pass-code.
- Select capture on the app home screen, then select earnest money. Type “Capitol” into the search bar and select us as the Escrow agent Recipient.
- Capture the front and back of check on a flat, dark background surface that is well lit.
- Voila!! Your funds have been sent directly to Capitol Title & Email notifications are instantly sent to all parties invited.
