This is Kim’s favorite quote which she lives by. Kim brings to Capitol Title experience in contracts, foreclosure, condominium association sales, title curative matters and conducting closings. In addition, she is extremely personable and prides herself on providing impeccable customer service.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Salisbury University with a Major in Journalism and Communication. Subsequently, she earned a Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School and is licensed to practice law in Maryland and in the District of Columbia.
When Kim is not solving title issues and running throughout the DMV conducting closings, you might find her spending time with her children hiking, playing at the beach, baking, and cooking. Dogs are another one of Kim’s loves and she spends much of her spare time promoting pet adoptions.
Kim is a member of the Maryland and DC Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Maryland Land Title Association. Having added Kim to Capitol Title’s Legal Management Team, the community is provided with an even deeper pool of experienced real estate legal professionals who are unmatched in our industry.
